This unit explores how different types of organisations approach customer service and the systems and processes that are available to support the delivery of customer service.

Unit 3: Understanding the Nature and Effects of World Travel
This unit explores the climatic conditions affecting travel to worldwide destinations and the significant features and major destinations of the world.

Unit 4: The Development of the UK Travel and Tourism Sector
This unit looks at the issues that have shaped the UK travel and tourism sector in the past and how these developments will continue to shape the sector in the future.

Unit 6: UK Tourism Destinations
This unit will help develop knowledge of selected UK destinations and why they appeal for different types of visitor.

Unit 11: Preparing for Employment in Travel and Tourism
This unit explores the wide range of jobs across the travel and tourism sector and looks at the roles, entry requirements, skills and qualities and possible career pathways.
